Refund Policy

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. We appreciate your understanding.
• No Returns: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. Thank you for your comprehension.
• No Changes: Please ensure you select the correct color and size at the time of purchase, as changes cannot be made after the order is placed.
• No Exchanges: Please double-check your selection for color and size before finalizing your order. Exceptions apply only for items covered by warranty. Approved returns may qualify for an exchange of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. No refunds for hygiene-sensitive items.
• Clearance Items: Clearance items are strictly non-refundable. Please check the expiry date before purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

• Items that have already been purchased cannot be returned (size, model, or color exchanges are not allowed). Please confirm your choice before making payment.
• Exceptions: Returns are accepted only in cases of errors by the sender. These must be reported within 1 day of receiving the item. Items must be unwashed, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt or order ID from Ahyanan Bika.
• Notify us within 1 day of receiving a damaged or defective item. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.
• Items are eligible for return only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
